Due to the nature of professional skincare products, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.
Returns for Store Credit
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase for store credit only.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Store credit will be issued once the product is received and inspected.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product packaging was damaged in transit and the product is unusable.
Please contact us with photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened or used products
Products returned after the stated time frames
